These six production lines are able to produce φ219-φ2200mm SSAW pipes with wall thickness up to 25.4mm and steel grade up to X120, and their annual production capacity is up to 880000 tons. In addition, SLSP owns two external coating lines that can meet the requirements of φ219-φ1620mm pipes and two internal lining lines that can meet the requirements of φ426-φ1620mm pipes. The annual anti-corrosion area of SLSP is up to 4.8 million suqare meters.
Equipped with Lincoln welding machine (USA), Weld Seam Automatic Tracking System, 2602B\N-2 Charpy Impact Test Machine, JL-50000 DWTT Machine, ARL3460 Vacuum Direct-reading Spectrometer, WAW-Y1000 Computer-controlled Universal Test Machine, DR Digital Panel X-ray Imaging System, Hanwei HS610E Digital Ultrasonic Test Machine, and Axiovert 40 MAT Metallographic Microscope, etc., SLSP is the most advanced SSAW pipe manufacturing enterprise in China.
SLSP has obtained Manufacture License of Special Equipment of the PRC, API Certificate, ISO 9110 Quality Management System Certificate (CNAS and UKAS), ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certificate(CNAS), GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate(CNAS), etc. and is the first SSAW pipe producing enterprise that passes the accreditation of "Four Standards and One System" in China.
