LSAW Pipes with outside diameter from 508mm to 1422mm, pipe length from 8m to 12.5m and maximum steel grade of X120 can be produced. The maximum wall thickness is 40mm when steel grade is X80, and the maximum wall thickness is up to 60mm when yield strength is no more than 345Mpa. With an annual production capacity of 400 000 tons, LSAW pipes are mainly applied to transporting onshore and offshore oil and gas, heating power, coal slurry and ore pulp. Besides, LSAW Pipes are used in ocean platform, power station, chemical industry and urban construction, etc.
